Where do we deliver and how much is the shipping rate?

IMPORTANT NOTE: Kindly be informed there will be delays in our delivery services due to the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) and limitation in workforce. For Grab Express, you can expect to receive the parcel within 2 hours upon placing an order. Local delivery via express delivery will take 1 – 3 working days. International delivery will take 3 – 5 working days. You will receive an update on the delivery status once your order is processed.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case its there! Orders made before 3 PM will be completed on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Ebutik Shop has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.
Once you have received your tracking number via email, you may click Track my parcel to track the parcel on our website. Alternatively, you may also track the parcel at the courier’s website.
Tracking numbers are usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.
Kindly take note that process and postage of all orders are within 1-5 working days after payment is received(exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Some delays might occur during sales and promotions. We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or custom clearances processes. Refund is not allowed for unclaimed parcel return to us
– return/exchange can be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
– any change or cancellation made on confirmed order is not allowed.
– return/exchange is allowed for defective and damaged item only.
– only defective/damaged item that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached is allowed for return/exchange.
